David Sessions is an author, mentor, and professional certified life coach who helps high achieving individuals create new career opportunities, explore new relationship possibilities and refine strategies for parenting.

He has helped hundreds of clients over the years to realize the power to create their own lives.

David grew up in Berkeley, California, where he studied martial arts and Tibetan meditation. He became interested in rock climbing and climbed the face of El Capitan as a teenager and competed in Europe on the U.S. team.

He later studied acting and writing in New York and wrote the highly successful play Two Fisted Love, which starred Serena Scott Thomas.

In the late ’90s, he moved to Malibu, CA coached rock climbing and then started his personal coaching practice in 2003.
